Madrid San Juan PTQ Report (13/02/1910) - Iñaki Cuesta
It has rained since then why not say more than a month but now has been good when I felt like make this report even if I give an excuse for my lack of memory and is not facing anything in books.
The choice of the deck was not difficult because the Internet had Scapeshift by testing about a month and it seemed like a very solid deck to many matches, so Thus in this aspect is not no doubt I wanted to play. The problem certainly was when I learned that my friend Sergio Pacheco (a big guy no doubt, someday I think I should reward you for all the cards that has left me without their help would not win a tournament or store xD) I missing about 12 cards in the deck and not just any cards if the 4 Scapeshift between them, well decided to separate me another deck (Bant).
10 minutes to start the tournament was still not wanting to play cards and URG Scapeshift so I focused on trying to get letters like crazy for the tables as a colleague pointed me Mr.Wolf Julio aka the list that both were going to play (oddly enough not trust in my opinion xD). Here began my search exorbitant absence of 10 minutes and not knowing where to look ...
Well Scapeshift first got to buy one, my thoughts were not playing the tournament and already this, but here a gentle boy who knew by sight (now I know very well and is more in the GP left me a Vendilion xDD, but feel not remember his name: S) volunteered to me the 3 Scapeshift I was missing and 4 sakura for the tournament that I could only say:
- Those of joke? And a guy YOU. But here we have not finished the search, I still have 4 oracle serpeteantes I got 3 minutes before the start of the tournament thanks Jhonny Liu and his friends who lent me the (Congratulations on your place too Jhonny from here!). URG

Round 1: Ricard Tuduri (Dark Depths)
The first on the forehead dark depths was undoubtedly the pairing that most scared I was however it is also true that prepared the deck and the dock against it. Start him but did not get the combo to a point not realized that my deck can become warped with 7 land if it was 18 in my turn on and turn the land of elves to get the land that was missing. In the second gets the combo but it tapearle during a shift to pikachu (the token used: P) thanks to gigadrowse but no response is forthcoming for the next shift and pickup. In the third we're clicking and finally get the combo and I almost hand but with a rude awakening as low creatures to defend my attack and win the next shift but was wrong and came just 10 damage with 5 lands not could be blocked.
2-1 Win Round 2: Anibal Carbonero (GB DeathCloud)
The first item is the easy win despite a hand mulligan but I had more or less explosive and then got the Scapeshift. In the second floodea a turn and I say almost because I have it but on the next turn displayed their land and removed the Scapeshift me that I had previously removed thougthseize. Subsequently, a cluster of extirpate and cranial extraction I left with no chance of winning. In the third over the same thing I removed almost all (cryptics, Scapeshift, meloku) but still I had my rude awakening, to my dismay he had to table Knight Of The Souls' Betrayal, truly not to be banquilleo this letter and it would be worth only against the sakura. But good thing is that he served so he could not win with my rude awakening because my children were 1 / 1. I finally launched a Deathcloud that took time in his hand and his response surprised me I have not played in case you had cryptic command (letter that if he had he would have lost, EOT will return the charm and my turn will come 26 with my 13 land).
Lost 1-2 Round 3: Efren Garcia (GB DeathCloud)
This round does not remember much only that none of the items had much to do as I accelerated and the remand for when I arrived and then simply Deathcloud Scapeshift combo. The second game was a carbon copy of the first but this time returning his Cranial Extraction.
2-0 Win Round 4: Luis Gonzalez (ZOO)
And my memory is failing ... because I just remember that they put a warning not to read carefully the letter Aven Mindcensor and take the deck was just thinking that turn they came. Finally I realized my mistake and I admit that even I was to piss off for it. The first is more or less easy win as a good pair. The second neighborhood I literally explosive speed and flame spikers. In the third I was concerned about all their refuse and gaddock TEEG but thanks to Firespout reach warp when protected from any possible spark as it was 3 of life, but it was not necessary because his hand was 3 lands. Win 2-1
5 th Round: Mario Anula (UGR Scapeshift)
A Mirror! this is what I want expect many mirror haha \u200b\u200bbut I only play this. Well the thing was at first hand I have a lot of resources and a pair of remand, so we started to accelerate and let it reach critical turn which throws my 2 remands warp but with a cryptic command make the next turn comes my Scapeshift without no problem. The second I jam a bit, but I recompose and after a couple of Peer Scapeshift fails any step thing if you and me playing the rope at will remand defended. In the third more or less what the first but this time none had the Scapeshift and everything was a matter of who will arrive first, and this time my Deeps Peer Thought I got the bug and Scapeshift.
2-1 Win Round 6: Jose Antonio Alfaro (Doran)
In this round is where I must admit that was one of my biggest shit in Top Deck, for in the first round the win more or less easy to control their creatures and getting the Scapeshift. In the second game I won easily because Thougthseize, extirpated and Doran and Tarmogoyf all ran over me. In the third through thougthseize and gaddock (I finally got rid by Firespout) could not warp because I also remove my options and meloku Scapeshift. But it was in that last turn with a Tarmogoyf only in your area and me being a steal and 2 life where I saw was the Rude Awakening!.
Win 2-1 Round 7: Jose Luis Herranz (Dark Depths)
This round does not remember much because it was a game too fast, but good to remember that thought it could agree on and go straight to the top but finally had to play. None of the items came to get the combo because my remands which were delaying Beseech the Queen and finally got my Scapeshift they gave me entry to the top 8. I must admit that I thought this deck would stay out of the top but seeing as they developed the games I guess that my deck could actually win this thanks to the bench and Into the Roil included in the main. Win 2-0
Finally, after 7 hard rounds I am in my second PTQ top 8 in, so I just hope that the effort worthwhile and to give me as good as the first:).
Bedrooms: David Arevalo (Gr Scapeshift)
The first game was pretty easy to win but after me mulligan to 5 twisted my thoughts but finally thanks to the Peer and the color blue that gives the difference I got this before the Scapeshift mirror and comb. In the second bench and what they feared most were the moons of blood and actually it was ... 3 rd Shift moon and with no basic island to lift so I was forced to play a Scapeshift to find the basic three islands, but eventually I do not get any cards that would lift the moon despite Peer Ponder only found one that did not find anything or the shuffling and I ran over with creatures. In the third I was more comfortable because he had labor and island Taught basic and Sakura but the game twisted when I played a second moon of blood and a letter had only to lift one of them. But I decided to use a shuffling and Ponder appeared to steal Reflected Truth gave me the game and to lift the 2 moons once and I played my Scapeshift to warp.
2-1 Semifinal Win: Omar Rohner (Doran)
Another would make me go brown sweat and tears, but the truth is that it was not quite as they do not steal too many Thougthseize and could warp or so relatively well, also thanks to sakura could withstand the attacks of Tarmogoyf and browned. In the second game was to be more or less like the first but when the critical shift which was 2 Scapeshift, 1 Cryptic Command and Wood Elves in hand with Omar decided to discard the Cryptic Thougthseize not realizing that the Wood got the mana I needed to warp in Time next.
2-0 Win Final: Ricardo Vicente Ferrer (Dark Depths)
And we reached the final and Dani Mr.Wolf accompanied by another friend as I thought the last round as he lost it to the bathroom they encouraged me. I wanted to stay a little longer there and I felt comfortable but good judges said it was time to end so I went to the table where I met Richard and started without further delay. In this round I can not count too much, only that the burrito was giving me luck and support my friends looking back so nothing could go wrong. In the first game win and I find it strange that the soil usually the first to lose but the game is giving me time to get extension cord Cryptic Command in hand and protect your combo until I get my Scapeshift thanks to Sakura got to do the 18 damage missing. In the second game ever decided not to lower the 19 so my combo is complicated, but again I was told pretty bad theft despite having the combo I had in hand Cryptic, Into the roil, and playing the first ponder saw Repeal that I put in a second position to protect it from possible Thougthseize and it was. So thanks to Repeal and Into the Roil got hold heading to a point where I could warp. I remember coming to store 3 Cryptic Command so the latter is used to restore the land and be able to freely warp to the next turn.
After 2-0 Win over 10 hours of tournament would shake hands with Vincent and I turn to my friends and excited jumping of joy but then I only thought of sleep xD. But hey were pretty tired but I felt quite happy because I could go to my second Pro Tour and visit other beautiful site. From here I thank everyone who ever left me a letter and those who remained there until the end and they write this report because I'm not much to write: P. A greeting to all and good luck in the next PTQs.
